Hello! We're a restaurant and food truck based out of Omaha, Nebraska! We have a permanent location on 60th + Maple Street (inside of Ted + Wally's) and a food truck that moves around to different events every week. We post our restaurant hours and where the food truck is located on Facebook.
We are not your ordinary Food Truck and don't let the BBQ label fool you. Yes, we do Brisket and pulled pork but also so much more. We cook on 2 Big Green Eggs with different locally sourced wood (peach, hickory, mesquite, cherry etc). We use Wagyu beef, antibiotic and hormone free chicken, pork, and locally sourced fresh produce whenever available.
We are eco-friendly! We drive and cook on CNG (compressed natural gas). MUD has backed us on this conversion and we are also backed by The Nebraska Environmental Trust Fund. Our to-go containers, utensils and napkins etc. are 90% or more compostable. Our Truck is Green and so are we.
We make our own sauces, from red bbq to yellow Carolina: we want to make it fresh-from scratch. Our sides range from drunken black beans, homemade white cheddar mac, baked beans, coleslaw, seasoned honey potatoes, potato salad (old fashioned or German) and are all made from scratch.
